Overview: DropCare™ PGA70 (sodium polyglutamate) is a viscous amino acid polymer, primarily found in its sodium salt form. Its structure is a high-molecular-weight polymer in which amino acid units are linked by peptide bonds between α-amino and γ-carboxyl groups. The PGA molecular chains possess numerous side-chain carboxyl groups, enabling them to form intra- and intermolecular hydrogen bonds. This provides exceptionally high moisture absorption and moisturizing properties. Its unique physicochemical and biological properties, including excellent film formation, fiber formation, moldability, and adhesiveness, make it widely used in skincare products.
Applications : Creams, toners, eye serums, face masks, cleansing products, shampoos, conditioners and other products.
Dosage : 0.1-1.0 %.
Solubility : Easily soluble in water.
Storage : Store in a cool, dry place. Keep sealed and protected from light.
