Buyer Responsibilities

By purchasing from XCLUSIV ORGANICS, the buyer expressly acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for:

  • Conducting all necessary safety assessments, including but not limited to patch testing, challenge testing, stability testing, and preservative efficacy testing, before incorporating any ingredient into a finished product intended for consumer use
  • Verifying the regulatory status and permissible use levels of each ingredient under the cosmetic, food, and consumer product laws applicable in their jurisdiction, including but not limited to Health Canada's Cosmetic Regulations, the U.S. FDA's cosmetic regulations, and the EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 where applicable
  • Ensuring that finished products incorporating our ingredients are properly labelled, registered (where required), and compliant with all applicable laws before being placed on the market
  • Storing all raw ingredients safely, in accordance with any storage instructions provided, and out of reach of children and untrained individuals
  • Obtaining appropriate professional or regulatory advice where required before using any ingredient in a specialized application
