Is this a dropshipping business?

No, Xclusiv Organics is not a dropshipping business. We source all our products from farmers and manufacturers and store the physical products, which are then shipped directly to customers. Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer, from outside of Canada, due to ongoing tarrif issues, for cost-effectiveness, for our customers. We process all orders in the order they are received and mostly ship them from our Toronto warehouse to your delivery address.

What grade of cosmetic ingredients do you sell?

We provide pharmaceutical-grade active ingredients that comply with industry quality, safety, and regulatory standards for use in skincare, haircare, and personal care formulations. Our cosmetic raw materilas are uncut, undiluted, free from additives, excipients, and are sold pure. Our ingredients are sourced from reputable certified manufacturers and are appropriate for professional, small-batch, and DIY cosmetic applications.

Where do you ship from?

We are located in Canada, with our office and main warehouse in Toronto, Ontario. All orders ship from our Toronto warehouse unless otherwise stated.

How long does it take to process my order?

Usually, we strive to ship in 1-2 business days. Depending on the item, we may need a little more time, but we will be sure to let you know!

How do I track the status of my order?

There are 3 main ways to track your order... Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation. Should there be any issues or delays with your order, we will contact you. Once your order has been boxed for shipment, you will receive the tracking number so you can follow the delivery right to your door!
