DropPet® AD One is a combination solution of Acetyl Dipeptide -1 Cetacean Wax Ester, which can reduce skin sensitivity and regulate the perception of unpleasant feelings such as cold, heat, stimulation, etc. . It can be used in sensitive muscle care products.
Acetyl dipeptide -1 Cetacean Wax Ester is a derivative of casein dipeptide, which can stimulate the production of endorphins (happiness transfer factor) , ease skin discomfort. It also relaxes muscles and prevents wrinkles by stimulating the release of neurotransmitters. Β-endorphin and met-enkephalin are neuropeptides that down-regulate nerve and muscle activity and make cells relax.
In the experiment, human Keratinocyte were incubated with the anti-allergic dipeptide lipo-Arg-Tyr for 24 hours, and the changes in gene expression of POMC (Pro-opiomelanocortin) , a precursor of β-endorphin and met-enkephalin, were determined by RT-PCR, as dipeptide concentrations increase, POMC has more gene expression, meaning more neurotransmitters are produced to relax the cells.
Application: Suitable for sensitive muscle care products, anti-aging anti-wrinkle products.

Solubility: Soluble in water, added at last stage of formulation.Avoid prolonged high temperature heating.Storage: Stored in a dark place at room temperature, 2-8℃ is better.
