Eligible Items for Return:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 10 days from the date you received the item. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories still attached. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process, which may include sending the item back to us through a carrier service.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Items that have been used or damaged
Items that are not in their original packaging
Items that do not have all tags and accessories
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. We do not charge restocking fees.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of items that were damaged in transit. In that case, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
A return label will be included in the delivery box. If you do not receive a return label, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
